Southeast Wisconsin Health Maintenance Organization (HMO)
Enrollment
The Department of Health Services has signed contracts
with four HMOs for BadgerCare Plus Standard and
Benchmark Plans in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Kenosha, Racine, Ozaukee and
Washington Counties. These contracts will require the HMOs to meet a
number of performance standards
